Ada's community involvement was equally impressive. She was a dedicated member of the Augusta Art Guild and a past grand marshal of the city's Annual White Christmas Parade. Ada is survived by her parents, Nick and Nina Clooney, her children, Nick Zeidler and Allison Zeidler Herolaga, and her husband, Kenny. She is also survived by her brother, George Clooney, and his wife, Amal, as well as several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
The funeral service for Ada Clooney Zeidler will be held on Monday, December 22, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Maysville, Kentucky. The Mass of Christian Burial will commence at noon, with Rev. Augustine Aidoo officiating. Following the service, a private interment will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery in Washington, Kentucky, where her aunt, Rosemary Clooney, rests.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Knoedler Memorial Library, located at 315 Main St., Augusta, Kentucky, 41002. This gesture reflects Ada's commitment to education and community development.
